/ FAQ
services.faq
- How do you handle scope changes?
- We re-quote in writing before any work happens. The new number lives in the same paragraph as the change request, never silently in an invoice.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. Yours, or a mutual one of ours. We never publish client work without explicit written sign-off.
- Can you take over a project from another agency?
- Often. The audit is the right entry point: a week to read the codebase and tell you whether continuing with the existing setup is wise.
- What stack do you build on?
- Defaults: Next.js 15, Cloudflare Workers + D1 + R2, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic Claude, Postgres on Neon. We deviate when the project asks for it. We don't fight working choices.
